1/2 cup finely grated peeled fresh horseradish
2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
2 ounces Sriracha chile sauce
Finely grated zest of 1 small lemon
2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
32 ounces tomato juice
Ice
16 oz. Hanalei Spirits Vodka Or Hanalei Spirits Taro Vodka
Lime wedges
Picked or fresh vegetables (optional)
Instructions
Combine homemade tomato ingredients in a shaker. Fill a glass with ice and vegetable spears. Pour bloody mary mix into glass after mixed and enjoy.
Let the mix to rest for a day in advance, to allow the spices and horseradish to marry with the tomato juice.
