2 oz. Hanalei Spirits Okolehao
1/2 Cube Sugar
1 dash Angostura Bitter
1 tsp water
Garnish with a twist of a lemon peel, maraschino cherry, 1 slice lemon, lime, or orange
Muddle sugar and bitters in water in a chilled Old-Fashioned glass. Add Okolehao slowly, while stirring. Add ice and garnish with lemon peel and fruit.
