Ingredients
-2 oz Hanalei Spirits Dark Rum
-3 oz ginger beer
-Substitue fresh Hanalei Spirits fresh ginger syrup & S. Pelligrino if available.
-1/2 oz lime juice
Garnish with lime Wedge
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Add rum. Pour in ginger beer and lime juice. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge or candied ginger. Enjoy!
