Distillery Tour & Tasting Info

An owner guided behind the scenes tour of our distillery operations, followed by a tasting of our premium craft spirits. The whole experience lasts around an hour and a half and should be thought of a nice visit rather than a time slot from 3-4. We begin with an introduction to our spirits and discuss what plants we grow on the farm to produce each spirit. Following an introduction, your walked through the distillery, where we explain the equipment, and how we process products we grow on the farm and turn them into great spirits. We end the visit with a bit of tasting and story time. We usually start with our Vodkas, Rums, and finish with the our seasonal spirts. The tasting portion includes a 1/4 oz pour of your choice of 5 of our 10 spirits. If your lucky we will share a few tib-bits or distillery stories along the way. We will not be serving any cocktails or food. Near the end of the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase any spirits you wish to take home with you. We do have wine sleeves and boxes on premis to make your trip home with any goodies a breeze.  A 4-bottle and 6-bottle boxes are easy to check-in at the airport as a piece of lugguage and typically travel with ease. We currently only distrubute here on Kauai and do not ship due to State regulations. Hopefully you will feel like family or 'Ohana, as we like to say in Hawai'i, by the time you leave.  We can't wait to share our spirits with you!

SPECIAL NOTES: ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.

All guests have to be 21 or older. We recommend stable footwear, that you do not mind getting dirty. At this time we unfortunately do not have handicap accessibility. All guests must be able to walk and stand for an extended period of time, through uneven terrain, along a gravel road and hilly farm. Rye, Piper and Maile are the family farm dogs that will be greeting you upon your arrival.
