Vanilla Rum is a rare treasure, produced only once every two years in an ultra-limited run of just 450 bottles. This exquisite spirit spends over a year aging in our used Dark Rum barrels, where it gently infuses with the rich essence of our hand-selected, delicious vanilla beans before being carefully bottled. The result is a beautifully balanced rum with deep, natural vanilla notes intertwined with subtle oak and creamy complexity -- perfect as a luxurious sipping rum, ideally enjoyed neat or on the rocks to fully savor its island-crafted elegance. If mixing try it with a little coffee.
