Due to shipping restrictions we are only able to ship spirits to the state of CALIFORNIA. We are working hard with our shipping carriers and distribution partners to get Hanalei Spirits to your door as soon as possible. Thank you four your patience.

Shipping Policy

DUE TO SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP SPIRITS TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.

We are only able to offer LOCAL DELIVERY from Hanalei- Kapa'a for Kaua'i Residents, on orders $40 or over. You must offer a valid address and phone number, and be 21+ to sign for the delivery.

Please be patient as we are working hard with our shipping and distribution carriers to get spirits to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Each state sets it own laws as to the shipment or delivery or (of not or) beer, wine or alcohol. Your state may have laws that restrict or ban such actions. As a responsible licensee, we must follow the law in each state and we respect the law of each jurisdiction. In the meantime, you can try to purchase or special order our products through your local liquor store. We currently do our own distribution ONLY TO THE ISLAND OF KAUAI. If you see a product on our website that you want to buy, oftentimes your local liquor store will be more than happy to special order it for you. Just have the liquor store contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid address including phone number where someone 21+ can sign for a package.

If you miss the first attempt at delivery please call the number provided on the missed delivery notice to set up a better delivery time.

 A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING COSTS

 To address customer concerns please be aware of the following:

Shipping companies apply more than 1 surcharge to our shipments – one for alcohol and one for the adult signature that is required. Both of these surcharges are on top of the regular shipping rates they charge us.

In addition, if you are ordering liquid, please be advised the weight of liquid adds to the shipping cost. That’s just the nature of the industry.

As a small business, we cannot afford to eat the cost of shipping in all instances, although from time to time we run internet specials for customers who spend above a certain dollar amount to assist in offsetting the cost of the shipments. But, we do not add a profit-generating markup to your shipping charge; we charge you what the shipping company charges us.

Therefore, please do not be surprised if the cost of shipping is $20 or more for a basic shipment.

Note: We have found that the cost to ship 2 or more bottles is almost the same as shipping just 1 bottle. So, if you are looking to spread out your shipping costs, consider buying more than 1 bottle to make your shipping charges more cost-effective.

And if you really like our products, but you don’t want to pay to ship, please consider visiting our tasting rooms or asking your local retailer or liquor store to stock our favorite items. Those requests help!

You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
