Ingredients3/4 oz. Hanalei Spirits White Rum
3/4 oz. Hanalei Spirits Vodka
3 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
3/4oz. blue curacao liqueur
1 oz. Fresh Sour Mix below
-1 Cup water
-1 Cup Granulated Sugar
-1 Cup Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice
-1/2 Cup Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
Cook water and sugar over medium heat until dissolved. Remove from heat and add in lime and lemon juice. Place in the fridge to cool.
Garnish ideas: Fresh pineapple Wedge, Maraschino Cherry
Instructions
Fill a hurricane glass with ice cubes. Pour in each ingredient and stir. Slice a pineapple wedge and fit it on the lip of the glass. For a frozen drink, pulse all ingredients in a blender till smooth.
